Fees and Payment
As consideration for any purchase you make on the Site, you shall pay Video Pop all applicable fees and taxes. We (or our third-party payment processor) shall authorize your credit card, bank account, or other approved payment facility you provided during the registration process for the full payment of the fees and any applicable taxes, and you hereby consent to the same. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) utilized in connection with any transaction. All payments will be charged and made in U.S. dollars.
There are no refunds once payment has been made for a product or service. In very limited instances transfers or credits for future purchases may be permitted at the sole discretion of Video Pop.
You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information. You must promptly update all billing information (such as billing address, card number, and expiration date) to keep your account current, complete, and accurate, and you must promptly contact us if your credit card is lost or stolen, or if you become aware of a potential breach of account security (such as an unauthorized disclosure or use of your Sign-In Name or Password). You hereby authorize Video Pop to obtain or determine updated or replacement expiration dates for your credit card in the event that the credit card you provided us expires. We reserve the right to charge any renewal card issued to you to the same extent as the expired card. If payment is not received from your credit card issuer, you hereby agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees and costs, on any outstanding balance. In certain instances, the issuer of your credit card may charge you a foreign transaction fee or related charges, which you will be responsible to pay. You are advised to check with your bank and credit card issuer for details.
Payment by Installment
Subject to Video Pop’s approval, in its sole discretion, we may offer an installment payment option in which the product and/or service purchase amount is split into 3-, 6-, or 12-term installments. Video Pop reserves the right to suspend or deactivate your access to any and all course materials for failure to pay all installments in Your selected installment plan.
3-Term Installment Plans
One third of the purchase price is due at the time of completion of the order, and subsequent payments will be processed on the same calendar date for the next two months thereafter. Upon selecting installment payments at checkout or being enrolled in an agreed upon installment plan through Stripe, you authorize Video Pop to charge the subsequent payments for the remaining 2/3 of the purchase price in two separate installments under the aforementioned terms.
6-Term Installment Plans
One sixth of the purchase price is due at the time of completion of the order, and subsequent payments will be processed on the same calendar date for the next five months thereafter. Upon selecting installment payments at checkout or being enrolled in an agreed upon installment plan through Stripe, you authorize Video Pop to charge the subsequent payments for the remaining 5/6 of the purchase price in five separate installments under the aforementioned terms.
12-Term Installment Plans
One twelfth of the purchase price is due at the time of completion of the order, and subsequent payments will be processed on the same calendar date for the next eleven months thereafter. Upon selecting installment payments at checkout or being enrolled in an agreed upon installment plan through Stripe, you authorize Video Pop to charge the subsequent payments for the remaining 11/12 of the purchase price in 11 separate installments under the aforementioned terms.
From time to time, Video Pop may promote, affiliate with, or partner with other individuals or businesses whose programs, products and services align with our own. Not all products posted on the Site are linked with affiliate. We only promote, affiliate with, or partner with brands and businesses we truly admire and respect. In these instances we may promote, market, share or sell programs, products or services for these individuals, brands, and businesses and in exchange may receive financial compensation or other rewards.
Please note that we are extremely selective and only promote partners whose programs, products and/or services we truly value and respect. At the same time, you agree that any such promotion or marketing does not serve as any form of endorsement whatsoever.
